They make me feel calm and less stressed, then, when taken at night, I lay down, feeling relaxed, get to sleep AND sleep ALL NIGHT! I take this supplement at night and don't want to drink any water so I don't wake up. These gummies are perfect for that. They are easy to take and yummy, like a little bedtime treat for just 25 calories. Oh, and they don't get stuck to my braces which is a big plus! They are gluten free, non-gmo and vegan.
