I have 2 of these shirts. I ordered the size that I normally get. Yes they are a little bigger than usual, but with me having a ostomy bag I don't have to worry about it showing through the shirt.

Fits well (for me)

This shirt has quickly become my favorite. It is long enough to come below my ample rear, and the 3/4 tie sleeves hide my ample upper arms and fat elbows. Doesn't make me look like a model, but it sure makes me feel like one!
