I got this kit because I am a beginner at embroidery, and wanted an easy to do kit that I could follow. This was exactly what I needed! This kit came with all needed materials; thread, hoop, embroidery scissors, needed and needle threader, patterned cloth, and more. The included instructions are simple and easy to follow, with each stitch type being clearly explained with detailed step by step instructions. The included needle threader is sturdily put together, with a red plastic handle. The included embroidery scissors are sharp, but they have a clear golden colored cover over the blades, to hold them closed. The fabric is dark blue, and the design is on it in gold. The design features a cute unicorn with a pink heart on it's cheek, a white outlined mane, a pink and blue swath of hair on it's forehead, and a blue and white horn. This unicorn is surrounded by twinkling stars, shooting stars, and clouds done in blue and pink. Each color is identified clearly on the instructions. There is also a pink, pale green, and yellow rainbow with blue clouds on each side under the unicorn. The head and neck of the unicorn are above the rainbow. The included embroidery hoop is sturdy light colored wood, with a metal clasp affixed on by sturdy rivets, with a screw for tightening it. This kit is one that I would recommend for beginners and seasoned embroiderers alike. I am recommending this to others who want to get into this beautiful craft!
