Love this supplement!

Complimentary from Hum. I have a problem with digesting my food and it makes me feel bloated and uncomfortable super full like if I was to eat a whole ton but this has helped me with feeling less bloated more energized and it also has helped my skin look more clearer and less dull.

My skin looks clearer and calmer

Great supplement

I've been looking for a supplement that has both probiotic and probiotic and this has both. I've learned significantly that the gut and the skin connection is very important. A lot of people take care of the outer surface of their skin not knowing that it's internally that controls how the skin looks. Most gut issues tie back to the gut so this is a very good place to start when trying to heal the skin inside out. Gifted by hum.
