The mattress is firm to my liking; it supports my back way better than the medium firm mattress I used to have; for reference, I am a back sleeper. It is a hybrid mattress so there was no need to unroll, the delivery was prompt on time, and the team carried it upstairs to the bedroom, it was all good.
