Professional quality power strip.

The Monster power strip is very versatile and useful for using in the kitchen, living room, bed room, office, or anywhere that you need to be able to plug in a lot of electronics. I found that it is very easy to plug and unplug items as needed, and when they are plugged in, they stayed plugged in. There is a surge protector in it, so it makes my electronics safer during our numerous power outages and brown outs. There are enough plugs for many devices, so everything can be plugged in at a convenient location, which declutters my office area. This is also a very nice looking power strip, so in my office, it does convey a professional look. This is a big plus in my office. The usb and phone charging ports are very convenient and easy to use.

A Winner From Monster...

This is the most durable surge protector I have ever seen. Monster is a well respected name and this product does the brand name justice. It has a 15ft braided cord so it has a long reach and the cord is not going to crack anytime soon. There are 8 regular outlets and two USB ports so it is well equipped to handle many of your electrical needs. Monster's technology prevents their MOVs (metal-oxide varistor and yes, I had to look that up) from catching fire. Monster is so confident is their products that they offer a limited connected equipment policy should any of your products become damaged by a power surge and is connected at the time to a monster product....There is an enclosed pamphlet explaining all that in the box. This surge protector is pretty weighty, nearly 3 lbs and is 1200 joules so again, it is adequate to protect a number of your household electronics. It even has a carry handle which I would think you could use to hang with should you choose to....I haven't used this for too long but I have no complaints so far. A quality, well made product by a company who stands behind that name. I highly recommend.....

Yes, I recommend this item !

Wow ! This item is amazing, it is a "Monster" One of my two outlets next to my bed burned out so I have been over loading the one working outlet. With this surge protector I wont need to worry about the one burnt out outlet and over loading the second one that works - until I can get/afford an electrician in to fix the burnt out outlet.
