Old product.

This was an older model. It was a little banged up. We returned it. I can handle the scuffs etc, but it was old and super heavy. It is a great price, but not what we expected.

Catalina Failed

The computer is in very good condition and works pretty fast. However, I contacted Apple before making the purchase and inquired about updates and how to install current operating system for this particular Apple MacBook version. The computer updated perfectly but I was not able to install the Catalina operating system.

Product and Walmart BIG let down!

The MacBook worked only as long as it was plugged in. If you unplugged it, even though it had a 100% charge, it would shut down. I bought it for my dad and he said he'd keep it and just leave it plugged in. After using it about 10 minutes, even plugged in, it shut down. Restarted it, and it did it again. Took it to Walmart to return. Wiated in a long line for customer service. When it was my turn, I was told their label maker did not work and it had been on order for the last two weeks. The nearest Walmart after this one is 15 miles away! I'm not sure I will be dealing with Walmart's site again!
