Super easy and effective

Fully assembled out of the box. Place in hole or window, set thermostat on when to turn on, and select high, medium, or low, with the fan pull string. I put this in the upper deck of a guesthouse that would get stuffy. This fixed the problem. It's no louder than expected, I'd say equivalent to a box fan.
