The first step is to install the metal base of the button machine, which is wear-resistant as well as durable. It can exchange molds more accurately, improving work efficiency significantly.
Easy to Assemble
The second step is to install the molds one by one. Put the top mold (A) first and then take the bottom mold (B.C). When placing the bottom mold, pay attention to the top mold.

Easy to Operate
Steps of making badges: First, according to the picture, put an iron sheet, drawing, and plastic film in order on mold 1 and press it. Note: There are three small pillars on the mold. When pressing the iron sheet, the three small pillars cannot pass through the three small holes in the mold.
Convenient to Make
Then put the just pressed mold into the bottom card with a pin and put it into the another mold for pressing. Note: The three small pillars on the mold need to pass through the small holes. Otherwise, the picture part of the iron sheet cannot be pressed with the bottom card.
