Pretty, but...

This clock is beautiful! Unfortunately, when it arrived, the second hand was bent and wouldn't go around after I put the battery in. I was able to straighten it so that the clock works. There were also several scratches on the back of it. I contacted the company, but all they said was they would let the shipping department/warehouse know to be more careful. Not sure if I'm keeping it.
