- CAUTION: MUST LET STOVE TOP COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE PLACING BACK ON. THESE STOVE TOP PROTECTORS ARE NOT FIREPROOF OR HEAT RESISTANT. THEY ARE MADE OF FABRIC. USE CAUTION WHEN PLACED ON THE STOVE. ENSURE IT IS REMOVED COMPLETELY BEFORE TURNING STOVE ON.
- Not recommended to be used on stoves with the raised burners. This cover completely covers your glass stove top protecting the glass from dust and scratches or covering stains and scratches. You can leave the cover on the stove while the OVEN is in use, the cover will get warm, but no damage will occur. REMOVE COVER BEFORE TURNING STOVE ON.
- Machine wash cold gentle cycle. Warm iron cover while wet, this will dry the cover and also will help prevent shrinking and flatten cover, this is necessary. Place on flat surface and use hands to smooth cover and then start with the iron on warm and gradually raise temperature. Ironing corners first will help maintain the shape. There will be steam, so use caution. Fold cover in half to use as a casserole hot pad. 100% cotton fabric.
