Officially my favorite blending bottle! Definitely follow the tips for liquids first. It's the perfect size for a quick shake, and love that it is dishwasher safe. I really only had to shake a few times and it was evenly blended with nothing stuck in the holes. I usually let it sit for a bit for the bubbles to pop, but you can also start drinking slowly if you want. Easy to clean parts is huge for me. I've used jaxx, blender bottle, helimix and this one (promixx) is my favorite!
