I've been taking Life Extension's FLORASSIST Immune & Nasal Defense for a month, and I'm genuinely surprised at how well it's working — especially with my seasonal sneezing and stuffy nose. Here's a breakdown of what's good, what I've noticed, and a few caveats: Since I started taking it, I'm not sneezing as much, especially when the seasons change or when I'm around things like dust and pollen. My nasal passages feel less reactive. Before, I'd feel itchy or congested more often; now, there's a noticeable reduction in that "airway irritation."
