Bialetti New Venus coffee maker, 10-Cup, Stainless Steel

I like that you can use on a stove. I dont like the following: It uses 30 percent more coffee to get the same strength for a 10 oz cup that I prepare. They advertise this as a expresso maker, if this is so then you need a basket that is twice as large or maybe use a 35.00 pound of expresso coffee that is recommended for this coffee maker. I made 40 cups of coffee with it and it has the nastiest tasting coffee ive ever had. You can clean it, not clean it [which is worse], do what ever the directions say, the coffee tastes the same. The water tank is not chromed or coated and smells like the bottom of an aquarium after use , especially if not cleaned. The worst part is I wiped out the tank w/ paper towels after the first use and sliced three of my fingers on the razor sharp edge of the water tank. The handle is to short, if you grab it normally it burns your knuckles. The bottom started to corrode after using it for a week, so much for stainless steel. Other than the above its perfect.
