Well Worth It!

For the price of this, it is exactly what I wanted! I like the compact ability that it gives me. I can carry it around and put it anywhere. It does start to make some noise, but it's nothing that is horrible. I can do it barefoot or with shoes on, it's comfortable. The best thing that I found about it is that the timer does not keep going if you stop for a rest. That is a big plus for me. I have not figured out if you can adjust the pressure on it though, but it is getting easier. In order to adjust the height you have to lift the pedals and then screw or unscrew the knob on the bottom. Well worth it and I hope it lasts me for a while! I've been using it everyday!

Takes up very little space, works well

This little stepper has a very small footprint, easy to store under my desk for weekday use. There is a limit to how high you can set the steps before your foot lands at a very odd angle, but it can support a range of motion a bit higher than the average staircase, so I figure that's good enough.Definitely get some hightemp nonmelting grease for it. I had an issue with it squeaking on regular machine oil, but once I applied the temperatureresistant grease the squeaking stopped. I've been reapplying grease about once a month, and using it 5 days a week between 30 and 60 minutes.So far it's been over six months with no issues with sturdiness or stability, so I'm giving it full stars.
