SO Easy to Swallow!
Unlike other Calcium tablets, these SOFTGELS are Very easy to swallow; %26 don't upset my stomach! I take (1) twice a day, to address my osteoporosis-- making sure to wait 2 hrs. before taking any Magnesium or Zinc (which will block Calcium's absorption). The Vit. D (included in these softgel) actually helps your body absorb the Calcium. :)

Large but easy on the stomach
These pills are very large, but they are easier on the stomach than any other calcium product I have tried. Some days I just don't want to consume dairy products , and the alternatives I either have allergies to, or are not part of my diverticulitis diet. So I am grateful to have found a calcium product that doesn't cause stomach upset. The only problem is finding it in stock when I need it.
