[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the overall look of this light. It may be small but it provides plenty of light and has just the right mix of both elegance and simplicity. It was fairly easy to install and I love that the length is adjustable which gives it some versatility depending on the area you want to put it. The quality of this fixture is wonderful because the glass is rather thick and double tiered, but still crystal clear to let plenty of light shine through. I also love that it only requires one bulb. I highly recommend this fixture for anyone needing a small, simplistic style light for their entryway, hallway, or even a walk-in closet. It will provide plenty of light while adding an element of both simplicity and elegance to the area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. This was my 1st self install. Out of the box I noticed that the fixture is made of metal and not the cheap coated plastic that I see so many products being made of nowadays. So right off, I was impressed with both the look and the heft of it. I then Googled how to install it w/o seeing the instructions 1st, which was a bad idea. Mainly because 2 sides of the cord are not as they generally are, ie, 1 ribbed and/or with text on it, the other smooth w/o text. Here 1 side is ribbed, the other has had text. Had I went with the given instructions in the first place I'd have saved a lot of time and confusion as they were clear which side was hot and which was cold. Kudos for that. Note to self-always see the instructions first. So, my 2nd mishap, it was difficult to feed the wires up through the rods after the fixture was already assembled and mounted into the ceiling. Very difficult, mostly because there was a LOT of cord and very little space up in there. So while it may be a struggle holding everything, with a partner to assist it would be much easier to feed it through and then mount it. That's all the negativity! I do absolutely love this lighting fixture. Before, I had the old standard round one that hugged the ceiling. Wasn't pretty and most of the light was faded out by the frosted cover. With this pendant, it is bright and luminous. I was able to use only 2 of the rods and it is down close like I need it to be for the purpose it now serves, which is as the only light in my ecommerce 'office', ie my Foyer. I am able to see my Coins and other Items without needing 2-3 lamps clipped here and there and taking up space all facing to one central point and several different sized magnifiers taking up even more space. THAT is phenomenal! For real. This 1 fixture has truly made my life so much easier and has maybe even saved my eyesight for a few more years. I do plan to look for another one and cut a hole above my cooking stove and install one there as well. I've wanted a light there for 10+yrs and one like this mini-(really not mini at all) would be perfect there.
