Very cool little first aid kit. If you're looking for something with needle and thread, you'll have to pick a different kit. This is a very modern take on the first aid kit, making it VERY small so you can fit it anywhere, even your wallet or purse. It's dimensions are about 4 1/2" H x 5 1/2" W, if you fold down the top flap of the package the Height will go down to about 3 1/2" to fit smaller. The most important parts of the kit to me, is the burn gel and triple antibiotic ointment. Burns are something that people don't usually think of to prepare for, but is a real day to day hazard. In this layman's opinion, every kit should include burn gel or cream. And everybody ends up using antibiotic sooner or later. Some people will ask if any of the kit parts have a "scent". I don't think any first aid kit can be scentless, the alcohol in the prep wipe must have an alcohol scent, as it contains alcohol. The various medical pouches will have medicinal smells to them. But if you are just concerned about the un-opened packages having scents, have no fear, I can detect nothing with my very sharp sense of smell. I'm keeping one kit in my kitchen, the place where the only burns I've ever gotten so far in my life have happened. I'm putting one in my car, I think everyone should keep one there, you never know what can happen out in the world. And one in each of my bathrooms on both floors, as that's where we keep band-aids and other health related items. The kit contains some generic band-aid's in many different sizes, including a little dot one. I love those dot ones, so useful! A sterile gauze for small wounds and an antiseptic wipe. A hand sanitizing wipe (this is important as you'll need clean hands to use the kit). It also contains the aforementioned Burn gel and antibiotic ointment. I'm happy with this kit, and I recommend it for anyone concerned about minor emergencies.

This is a good and comprehensive basic first aid kit. It comes with everything you may need for minor first aid preparedness. My only wish would be that it came in some kind of zippered and divided bag. I will be purchasing one to put my first aid kit in for ease of finding things. But overall, great kit!
