Follow up to my previous review - I originally gave this product 2/5 stars since the product was good but the shipping container (plastic Costco bag) was suspicious and I think I expected something sturdier than what I received. Emerson followed up with me and offered a refund since my review indicated I was not fully satisfied (full disclosure - I am declining the refund). I was assured that the product was not purchased from another store (the mats WERE brand new). Another note - the bottom has rubber and the mats are not the same $5 mats I saw without the rubber backing. These mats are also made in the USA, so that may explain for the added price. When I told my husband that I gave a rate bad review, he said “I really like the mats - you should have given more stars”. Well, this is my correction. Between the actual quality and the outstanding customer care, I'm giving this product five stars.
