This chandelier is so incredibly beautiful! It was worth every minute it took me (I put the kids to work too) to take each bag off of each strand of crystals (I didn't see any complaints about broken crystals from those who were complaining about having to take each bag off). It was heavy, but not unreasonable. Just get extra help or pretend that you're doing a survivor challenge and then it won't seem so bad. Also, there are instructions for lengthening the wires, you just have to look at the instruction pictures, it tells you exactly how to do it in the picture. Husbands, just let your wife have this chandelier, you will not be disappointed, it is AMAZING!! It's my favorite part of the entire basement now, and my husband loves it too, after being resistant initially.

This light fixture is beautiful over our dining room table. The crystals that shine under the canopy brings the room alive. I will also add that the customer service department was very helpful in answering some follow up questions. I highly recommend the fixture and the company.
