Great 2 years running
I've owned for two years. Solid performance. Strong force of cold air. Awesome for my kids' room. Parts not flimsy at all. However, what worked for me was to duct tape the vent hose to the unit and the exhaust plastic. A bit noisy by at night, it's not a problem. Haven't used the dehumidifier yet, so I'll let you know how that goes. So far very happy.

Worked GREAT for 3 years; still working OKAY
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked GREAT for almost three years. Stll working okay, not quite as cool. We keep the filters clean. We empty the water when it says Full. First 2-3 years; this year we have had to empty it 3 times. Not sure why. We like the product. Wish it was still as robust as the first couple years.
