Please do not change anything about how these are made. The newer style with the wider waistband at the stores looks nice, but the leg openings are not soft like these are. This specific style has comfy leg openings that are softer and DO NOT cut into your skin! I hope this style stays around forever and makes a return to the stores. Also, the fabric in general is much softer too!

Good coverage. Generally soft and mid-rise is comfortable. I have searched for comfortable cotton underwear for years, and these are pretty good overall. I have to watch my weight. Very happy with the Hanes Hipster undies. They're nice and soft, and the waistband is folded and stitched so it's soft against the skin. It's not bare elastic that's going to unravel after 1-2 washings! I also finally ordered the right size, so the fit is perfect. Nice colors, too!
