Different needle tip works great on lace

I really like these needles, especially the US2. These needles have an unusual, sort of blunted, tip that at first glance would seem unsuited for lace knitting, but in actuality they are working excellent for me. Other lace points irritate my fingers when I have to keep pushing the very pointy tip, but these are different, very smooth, knit in easily. They are new right now, so the cord is very supple. Hope that continues. One downside is that the box is not really suitable for storage, not for me anyway, and the US2 size is not marked on the needle, although it is on 4 and 6.

Smooth join and cables. Warm in the hands. Good gripiness for yarn. . 6 is slightly triangular. Smaller sizes are round. Slight bulbous ends make it easy to draw the yarn back through the stitch.

have worked with prym dpn. i knew prym circular needles were made the same way. the tips have tiny bud to avoid splitting the yarn when going into the stitch. also saves yours fingers.
