Affordable shoe boot rain/water tight!

These boots are not big/flexible enough to pull over your same sized shoe (or base built for that)... that said, they are not well lined or padded... that said, they worked well with my sock feet. They close tight and can lace tighter are your pant legs. IMO, they work (keep you feet completely dry) and are affordable.
