New medallion for renovated dining room

As part of a major renovation, we updated our dining room to make it more formal. The medallion around the new light fixture is in keeping with the style of our home (Queen Anne Victorian). Installation by our contractor was not a problem, and it painted over beautifully.

Magnificent Medallion !

My dining room did not have a light fixture, let alone a decorative ceiling medallion to pair with it. I conducted exhaustive research and read countless reviews before settling on the precision detailed Oak Leaf Medallion by the Millwork Guys. My electrician, of all people, was able to easily install the medallion and secure it to the ceiling while I followed with gold paint. Once the chandelier was installed, our dining room became a bastion of shiny magnificence ! The paintable medallion looks as great today as it did when it was installed and painted 9 years ago !

ceiling medallion

Remodeled a library/study that the ceiling had been sheet rocked, so original medallion was missing. Most other rooms still had the original plaster medallions. This one fits in perfectly, everyone says they can't tell the difference between the replacement and the originals.
