I've been using this for my daily yoga and workouts, and it's *amazing*. (Definitely recommend anyone who buys this give it a light wash first, either with a damp washcloth or Gaiam's mat cleaner, or you'll just stick to it and that'll just interrupt your workout and your zen.) It's a very comfortable mat, and the color is great - goes well with my room.

Great value and kit for this yogi beginner

I'm a yoga beginner so the alignment mat helps so much during my practice to help me have proper hand and foot alignment, the block and strap have definitely come in handy during my yoga classes to help modify some Asanas. The only complaint I have about it is that I wish it was wider and longer but I guess I'll just have to buy a different mat when I need it. Otherwise it's been great with helping me jump into the world of yoga!
