They have three absorbent layers and a waterproof backing to provide a moderate level of protection against leaks. These disposable bed underpads also come sealed on all sides, which creates a moisture-resistant barrier and includes non-slip backing to prevent movement. Additionally, they have a spunbond, nonwoven top sheet that allows fluid to pass quickly into the fluff core and a raised embossed pattern for comfort and added stability.
