I received them in mail, the packaging didn't appear to be mishandled during shipping. My daughter has finally begun to go potty during the night, so a night lite in her room and one in the bathroom was perfect for my situation. Sadly only one of the two lights worked. The one that does work, works exactly as it is supposed to but if I knew I was likely going to received a defected product, I would have been more inclined to purchase individual night lights or some other option. I rated it as fair, since it's not poor due to one of the two light bulbs working properly.
