This company is false advertising

I received merchandise on September 12, 2025 I found upon opening my merchandise. It was the wrong thing. I did not even order that I was sent something else instead of what I was ordered. Contacted the company several times and sent them pictures of what they sent me which was not what I asked for. This issue was still not resolved on September 16. Still trying to get my money back

Didn't even receive the item I ordered. Sent me a heater with out fan adjustment I was supposed to got a 8000 btu air conditioner heater combo as described in the description. Then all they would do to try to make it right was give me 40% back and all I wanted was the item that I purchased (as described in the listing)
