Poor quality
After only 3 uses this wand broke. The plastic is weak and the seller would not refund my money because it was past 30 days. I bought the wand January 6 and did not need to use the product until February 14. I asked for a refund on the 20th of February and the seller would not do it. I t should matter to this seller that his customers are taken care of. I feel ripped off and the seller doesn't care because he got his money.
