absolutely the worst issue ever

It was shipped to the wrong address in the wrong state. I was told that I had to wait over 48 hours to see if it would show up even though on the shipping site. I know that it was sent to the wrong address. And I still have to wait 48 hours before I can even request a refund even though I know that it was sent to the wrong address. I'm not happy.
