Shiny, Pretty, and a Heavy Base

The lamps are very pretty, and the marble base is heavy, so they are very stable on our nightstands. However, one of the shades was puckered around the bottom so I contacted Walmart to initiate a return. In the meantime, I ordered a second set to replace those, and the second set also had one puckered shade. It seems that when they are packed into the carton by the manufacturer, one shade is inserted into the other one, and the one that gets inserted into the other shade gets damaged by being forced into it too tightly. So, out of 2 sets of lamps, we were able to get the 2 good lamps we wanted.
