Saved my trip

I am from suburbia and have little need for these but over the holiday I was venturing to a cabin in the woods and thought if I wanted to hike I may need these. We encountered ice like the locals claimed to have not seen. Snow was below and above it. Although we didn't feel safe taking the car out these crampons allowed us to venture into the beautiful woods several times a day as if the terrain was clear. We hiked and sledded and thoroughly enjoyed getting iced in in the cabin! I thought the hassle of putting them on would dampen my desire to go out but they were so easy to put on! I am now glad I own them do the occasional bad weather at home

I had low expectations for this product after a bad experience in mud, but they turned out to be lifesavers. While they struggled in thick mud, they performed exceptionally well for 90% of my race. They were lightweight, easy to put on, and cleaned up nicely.
