Mix 1 rounded scoop daily (approx. 5 g) with 10-12 oz of water or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. This product may be taken in two separate half scoops (approx. 2.5 g) servings twice daily. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): one third (approx. 1.65 g) the adult dosage. Suggested use for better results: Add fiber to your daily diet cleansing regime with our Every Day Fiber™ or Original Colon Cleanse®.

Adults: Take 2 teaspoons (10 g) per day, mix well with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. The product may also be taken in two separate 1 teaspoon (5 g) servings twice per day. Children: (6 yrs to 12 yrs): 1/3 the adult dosage. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Suggested Use for Better Results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternatively with our top selling Colon Cleanse Original. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by Colon Cleanse Original for maintenance in between.

Make sure you have a couple of days to stay home alone before taking this stuff. It will clean you all the way out without messing up your normal waste cycle like regular laxatives. Drink lots of water. This took about 7 hours to work, but be ready when it kicks. I would only start with a half dose to see how it works for you. This came much faster than ordering from Amazon.
