Adequate, but not great quality

I ordered two odd-sized, similar looking frames from two vendors. One came with all hardware already attached, glass, and an easy-to remove back with lever locks. The other, this frame from Walmart, cost more, and came with over-sized hardware that I'll have to drill and attach, and that is over-sized and visible from the front. The covering is acrylic, and the backing connects with metal pins that have to be bent into place, which I'm afraid will break off with use. I'll keep this frame, given that I have no other choice but a custom-built frame, but at was striking that another vendor provided much better quality, and at a lower price.
