Really reliable

I am really pleased with this printer. It is so much easier to use than my previous laser printer and I wish I hadn't hung onto to my old printer for so long - wasting enormous amounts of toner - It actually gives me joy to use my HP Color Laser Jet Pro M252dw printer.

Fantastic printer - does all it claims

Wow! Printers have come a long way. This was the easiest IT-related setup I've done in a long time. Plugged the printer into my router, used the installation CD (and the download for my Mac), and all computers now can use the printer. Printing from my Android phone also works flawlessly. The only issue I can see is that I can't seem to set up greyscale printing as the default on my Mac. On Windows it's easy to do. Very good print quality and excellent colours. People have to remember that laser printers are not designed for photo-quality work. You need inkjet or dye-sub printers and special paper for that, but for laser-quality colour work, this is excellent. And one other good point - you can turn off warnings about not using genuine toner - in fact it's disabled by default. So the choice is yours. I highly recommend this printer.
