Wonderful appliance!

I owned a Cuisinart food processor when it first came on the market. After many years, the bowl broke and because I couldn't replace it, I gave up and lived without. Just what I wanted

I needed to replace my 14 year old 4-cup processor and decided to go with this much larger 11 cup Cuisinart. I have only used it twice, and have only used the shredding blade, but it did a great job shredding my vegetables. I was also pleased with how relatively quiet it is compared my previous processor. It's sturdy and quite large, but will not fit under my upper cabinets, so I store it on top of the refrigerator. I wish it had a blade compartment built into the bottom for the discs (like my old processor did), but that's a small price to pay for this upgrade. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.
