Incomplete delivery

When ordered it said I need to sign for delivery and there will be three boxes. Only one box was delivered and they left it without ringing doorbell or knocking so I couldn't even ask where rest of boxes were. Order says delivered but can't do anything with only part of the unit. I called Walmart customer service immediately and they researched and said they would refund me. It's been three or four days and no refund yet… will see what a hassle this is turning out to be!!
