Great Purchase Overall!!!

Company is communicative via Walmart messaging (via email). They sent the MacBook Pro with a third-party charging cable and third-party 140 W charger. The computer was a little dirty in terms of dust on the keyboard/screen, but was easy to remove. Nothing wrong with this item. I did also purchase another computer that was "Pre-Owned" in "Excellent" condition that did have trackpad issues, but returned that one. This product unexpectedly came with a year of free AppleCare , but I do not think that was purposeful. Regardless, very happy with the state of the computer, accessories it came with, and the communication of Loop Mobile for this purchase.

Don't buy refurbished

I don't think I will ever purchase a refurbished item without a protection plan. There is virtually no warranty on these items and there is a good possibility that apple care is already expired. 9 months after purchase, we now have to spend $1000 on a logic board. The Apple MacBooks are not upgradeable and very expensive if something breaks. I would not recommend this product.
