These 1 gallon jars are great for pickling and storage. The plastic lids won't interact with vinegar and easy to twist on and off. The glass is sturdy and well crafted. The price is great for the size!

Great for kombucha brewing

These jars have tripled the amount of kombucha I can make. Good quality. Lids fit very well. Be careful when you open the box though. I opened it upside down accidentally and the inner box, that had the jars, wasn't sealed and the almost broke before I could even use them. But they didn't and I love them.
