The Toilet was in perfect condition when it was shipped to me. It was very well packaged. The ContinuousClean XT technology allows you to put 2 white toilet tablets for a year worth of self cleaning. The tablets are self contained within a portion of the toilet tank which allows the rest of your toilet tank parts to not pre-maturely need to be replaced. The flush on the toilet is very powerful as well.

We purchased 2 continuous clean toilets for our home. First one came a month ago and it really does continuously clean itself. Second one came 2 weeks later because we wanted to make sure we liked the first one. We love them and highly recommend and have to all of our neighbors.

Kohler is the best made in the USA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I had corrected the work from tje shoddy contractors the installation was a breeze just followed the instruction book and wallah it was done. Took about 30 minutes to install. Our old toilet was plugging up constantly and had to be cleaned several times a day. The new toilet has been installed about 3 months now has not plugged up and we have not had to clean it. In a house of 9 it is the preferred toilet. Can't wait to install 2 more. This is the best product I have ever bought. I will buy nothing but Kohler products from now on. Quality is the best. I could go on but will leave it there.
