Awesome Diet Plan!

I have been on this diet plan for 5 weeks now and I've lost 23 pounds. It is an awesome plan with amazing results. This book teaches you through an 8 week plan how to re-train yourself to eat to speed up your metabolism, burn stored fat and get beyond dieting plateaus. I have friends on this same plan in various stages that have had similar results. One has lost over 10 and another has lost 39 pounds.

Very good program

I found this program very interesting. I am on day 21 and have gone down 2 pant sizes and about 10 pounds. I have not been hungry but have missed my snacks and sweets. I found out that having sweet gum after did help with missing sweets. I also seem to have more energy.

Very informative!

I found out about this book via a health website and checked it out through my library for a month, started the 1st week out of curiousity and dropped 6 lbs so yup decided I must have it! Great value w/Walmart and if you follow this you will see results.
