Poor performance of Holms 3500 compatible filters.

I purchased a box of 6 filters as replacements for filters Holmes 3500. The first of 6 filters never showed a moisture level better than marginal on the Filter Check dial that measures the moisture output and after 6 days of use it had dropped to the red zone meaning it needs replaced. My last purchase of filters from another vendor typically showed in the middle of the OK range of the Filter Check dial and lasted over two weeks. Thinking the first filter may have been defective I tried a second filter and it is also showing marginal moisture output and is deteriorating toward the red zone after 3 days of operation. Prior to using these filters my last two filters from a prior purchase used in November and December 2025 showed well within the OK range for over two weeks for each filter. So I don't think it is the humidifier. Due to their poor performance I wish to return these filters.
