They came on time. Everything was nicely package. All the pieces are label on the wrapping not the parts themselves. This was nice because there wasn't any sticky residue to remove. Easy to put together, for the most part the instructions are clear and there are pictures. The front of the seat is wider than the back so must make sure you install it properly and that is not included in the instructions but easy enough to figure out. There are extra screws, washers, caps and the tool necessary for assemble. Very little time from start to finish and can be done by one person. Very nice product. I will be ordering another set.
