Terrible quality, arrived damaged and missing item

This is just bad. It arrived with a huge chip on the bone, the gold is tarnished and black on the bottom and a bit on the top. There's a weird gummy black substance underneath the gold rim that I guess it glue? But it looks disgusting and it's easily visible. It's also missing the protective bag that was supposed to come with it. It looks like garbage. I expected better, based on the brand but maybe this is a third party imitator that Walmart let slip by. Will be returning.
