Simple and delicious

The recipes are ones that are easy to prepare and tasty. Several call for Chardonnay but we don't use alcoholic beverages of any kind to cook with or to drink but I just replace with a suitable broth or even water. Really doubt the taste is affected. Just received my book less than a week ago and have already tried a handful of recipes which hasn't disappointed yet. Items required are already in my pantry or in the freezer so am looking forward to trying many more and making them a part of our rotation.
