We bought the brio for our restaurant, where we wanted to use filtered water to make our dough. This was one of the more expensive items out there, and we thought it would deliver water to us at the right temperature in the right amount of time. Turns out you can't really set the temperature exactly, which is what we need. More importantly, the water comes out at such a slow rate that it's impractical for our needs. We'll probably be good for home use.
