So here we go! There is a lot in my review that will help all shoppers looking at this hutch, First off, yes I do recommend it but there are some issues you should know. As other reviews stated, mine did come damaged also. Most of the damage involved split wood and some dirt that I was able to clean off. It is such a nice looking hutch and my 8 week old bunny loves it. We are keeping our indoors and it looks wonderful. I did contact the company try to get replacement parts... but instead they offered me a fair discount for the damages it had. The doors are great and latch fine and the rollers are really nice too. Ours did have some trouble pulling out one of the trays but it just had to be worked in. Ours didn't have a bad smell like others claimed. It just smells like fresh wood, not anything horrible. I love all the access points, I can reach my baby bunny anywhere. All in all, most of the rabbit hutches that I researched all have good and bad things about them. There is no perfect rabbit hutch out there, with that being said I am still very happy with my choice. I do wish the company offered a phone number to call and not just an email service but they did get back to me within a day. If they lowered there product price a little bit more I would have given them 5 stars. It s just very expensive with the flaws it had. After my partial price reduction I feel like the total price I ended up paying was better than the original $200.00. The customer service reps were also very nice and willing to make it right.
