My dog chewed the piece that held the bluetooth onto my ear. I was just glad to be able to replace the piece so cheaply. It arrived fast and was just like the picture. The only thing negative thing I can say about it is that on my particular model, it tends to pop off easily. However, since I am aware of the issue, I am careful and try to be observant with it. As long as I am not messing with it or doing a lot of extreme moving, there's no problem. I don't usually work out with it in my ear, so it does fine. I'm happy to be able to keep using my bluetooth and not have to replace the whole thing just because my crazy dog likes to eat everything he sees. I almost did not give it five stars because of the occasional issue of popping off. However, the fact that it works and saved me from buying a new bluetooth held me to the five-star rating. No need to be so picky. It does not pop off all the time. This piece just is slightly less flexible than the original piece. That is why it tends to pop off sometimes. And really, so far it has only popped off when I have been charging the unit. You can't beat the price for the number of pieces you get. Now if my dog eats the piece off the bluetooth, I aleady have plenty to replace it with. I highly recommend it.
