My kids just started gymnastics and this is a great way for them to practice at home. The bar is very sturdy. The kids are able to do little flips on it and it is very stable. I am also able to adjust the height to cather to each child. I love how it is foldable to be out away. The gymnastics bar golds slim so able to slide between shelves for storage. My 7 year old niece really wanted this for Christmas, thankfully her birthday is befor Christmas so I could get it for her early and leave a review in case someone else wanted it.
